There are times when we make our own predictions. For example, watching your favorite team and you foresee they are going to win. It doesn’t mean we are right or even wrong. But it’s what we believe will happen in the future.

Michel de Nostredame, Latinised as Nostradamus, a French physician and reputed seer.He published a collection of prophecies called “The Prophecies”

He predicted a lot of things that have actually happened in the last few years such as the French Revolution, Adolf Hitler’s rise to power and 9/11 attack. In result, many people started to believe his predictions have come true or will in the future.

Here are the predictions he made for the year 2017:

1. Rising Superpower China.

Rising superpower China will try to fix the “economic imbalance”, one of the problems that impacts the normal development of the world.

2. Cloud Computing.

Cloud is just a metaphor for Internet. Cloud computing means “storing and accessing data over the internet instead of a computer’s hard drive”.

3. Italy’s financial crisis.

Italy will be the “epicenter” of EU’s financial crisis thus, unemployment and loans will occur. Banks will also fail.

4. Hot wars.

‘Hot Wars’, will occur and will be sparked by global warming and diminishing resources. Also, terrorism will remain as the greatest threats in war.

5. Latin America.

The Latin America’s governments will shift away from leftist policies and move towards setting the stage for political unrest.

6. United States.

Issues due to political corruption, ideological divisiveness, and increasing inequality will result to US loosing its control with global issues.

7. The Rise of Solar Power.

Solar energy will be used as the main source of energy. It will enable businesses to lessen their energy costs and decrease the problem regarding global warming.

8. Commercial Space Travel.

You think that Traveling in Space is outrageous? Think again. It will become a reality. But it’s not as as easy as you think, orbital flights are bound to be extremely challenging.

9. Ukraine and Russia.

Ukraine and Russia will make peace but the reason behind the truce is unknown.
The United States is opposed with the idea; however, Germany and the rest of Europe shall gladly welcome such development.
