Look: President Duterte got a red carpet welcome in China


President Rodrigo Duterte finally arrived in People’s Republic of China for his 4 day official state visit in one of the biggest neighbours of the Philippines.

Duterte was greeted in Beijing Capital International Airport by Chinese officials and Chinese Ambassador Zhao Juanhua.

The two state leaders are set to hold talks and exchange views on improving and developing bilateral relations amid the territorial dispute over the South China Sea.

Duterte is also set to meet with Premier Li Keqiang and Chairman Zhang Dejiang on separate occasions.

Around 400 Filipino business leaders are also joining the President in China.

According to some sources, Duterte is open to joint exploration for oin in the West Philippine Sea with China. But the camp of the President is not yet confirming if this is true.

President Duterte would meet hundreds of Chinese Officials and Businessmen to boost the relations of China and Philippines, it also expected that this visit would boost the economy of the Philippines.
