Haters gonna hate. This has been the theme of what Vice President Leni Robredo pertaining to her haters when she said she welcomes criticisms but sees no pint in responding to them.
In an interview aired in News to Go on February 3, Robredo was asked if she had a message for President Rodrigo Duterte’s supporters who “hate” her.
“Hindi na ko mag-me-message kasi I think it’s a lost cause. It’s a lost cause in the sense that, hindi naman nila ako kilala pero meron na silang judgments at yung judgments nila, hindi naman totoo,” Robredo said.
The VP added she would’ve love to give a message to those who are open-minded but to those who have a close one, she will not waste her time to them.
Robredo also thanked her open-minded critics, saying they allow her to review the job performances she was elected to do.
“It allows us to look into ourselves kung may nagagawa tayong mali. Hindi tama na kahit mali ‘yung ginagawa natin, pinupuri pa rin tayo,” she pointed out.
