A viral video catches the attention of many netizens today, a media person including the law authorities has caught and arrested a man named Paul Jake Ong y Suwerte for a motorcycle violation including modified muffler, allegedly fake OR/CR and porting vehicle plate of Mio but with motor vehicle number assigned to a Honda Wave.
However this violation is not really the main reason why a lot of netizens has a negative reactions to our law authorities and the media man, During the inspection of his motorcycle, the media guy started to record a video while the Highway Patrol Team begin to inspect the vehicle, upon the checking of Ubox they ask Jake what is the reason why he don’t want to give them his keys and the boy told them that he had a 2 keys.
But when they dismantled the cover of Ubox they ask again the boy why he don’t want to show them inside on it and the boy started to open the Ubox and suddenly they saw 2 plastic sachets of suspected shabu, Paul Jake is really shocked what he saw and he insist that “those two sachets of shabu is not mine”. Paul Jake is starting to hysterical too.

O/A 5:30 PM on February 15, 2017, elements of PHPT Negros Oriental led by PSINSP ROBELITO DL MARIANO arrested Paul Jake Ong y Suwerte for Resistance and Disobedience to a Person in Authority when he disregarded and evaded being arrested when he was flagged down for the initial violation of no side mirror. The suspect presented delinquent registration. The OR/CR, drivers license and other IDs presented where all fake after verification. Moreover, when the Ubox were opened two (2) plastic sachets of suspected shabu were recovered inside. The suspect was brought to the office of PHPT Negros Oriental for the filing of a complaint about the violation of Art 151 and 172 of RPC, Sec 16 of R.A. 10883 and Sec 11 of RA 9165. Nabbed by the Highway Patrol Team yesterday due to modified muffler, presented an allegedly fake OR/CR, sporting vehicle plate of Mio but with motor vehicle number assigned to a Honda Wave. He also presented what appears to be a fake drivers license, fake Norsu ID, and fake EDC identification card. Allegedly recovered from his utility box are two sachets believed to contain shabu, tinfoil, and lighters.”
