Kris Aquino shuts down hopes of netizens to see her return to ABS-CBN

Queen of All Media Kris Aquino shut down hopes of netizens that want her seen again working for her former network of two decades – ABS-CBN.

In her Instagram post this Tuesday, November 15, some netizens are asking her to return to ABS-CBN after she posted a photo of her and Kris TV’s staff/blogger Darla Sauler which she captioned with “I missed you like crazy @darlasauler ”

Addressing these comments,, Kris replied “@xiamaranan @tonirapera @gjhimsty @dauntlessgurl @guadagenson – heartwarming sentiments BUT ABS-CBN no longer wants me. #truth”

Aquino further stressed her point that ABS-CBN no wants her by using the hashtag “#truth”.

Recall that Aquino’s contract with ABS-CBN expired last March 23, 2016. She then took a break from showbiz citing her health as reasons. Within those hiatus, reports surfaced that ABS-CBN offered her contracts which she refused to sign.

Then in August this year, rumors started to circulate that she’s moving back to GMA7. On September 12, Kris announced via Instagram that she is leaving ABS-CBN and that she has signed up with APT Entertainment.

But based on ABS-CBN’s press release, Kris Aquino would always be a Kapamilya despite her transfer and that the network wishes her well in her new journey.
