WATCH: Careless Jeepney Driver Hits Traffic Enforcer

It is truly about time we started regulating drivers on the road and not cars. More than ever, the LTO needs to be stricter with granting drivers’ licenses, especially these entrusted with vehicles utilized for public transportation.
